DIY Stamp Print Kits & Stamping Personalized Ribbon

stampkit.jpgI'm not too much of a stamper, but occasionally I do get my ink on. Alphabet sets are my nemesis, though. My words always look like I tried to stamp after a few hours down at the Happy Village. Finally: a solution! At office supply stores, you can buy DIY stamp kits. Like the old slidy-letter sign in front of your favorite diner, you just slide the letters onto the stamp and go for it. The font is pleasingly simple, and comes in two sizes with caps and lower case. You can make anything from one to seven lines, and you have the option of straight, circular, or oval shaped.

I know Martha loves to personalize ribbon with stamps... this would be a great way to do it. Just buy some cotton ribbon or, my favorite, cotton twill tape, or use paper and stamp away.
