Nothing says "spring" like the Spiders' annual trek to Marie's place in Bay Ridge! This year's party was crowned by an exchange of amazing little neckwarmers. Exhibits A and B:
When elfster drew Stephanie's name out of its little internet sorting hat, I thought I would be clever and knit a pattern from Popknits, Steph's free pattern site. Naturally, the La-La-Love You Cowl was designed by our own little Spiders Pixie (ha ha, get it?), Sandra Park. Of course, the internets have their ways, and Sandra ended up drawing *my* name. See how everything comes FULL CIRCLE? Yeah, I thought you would. Thanks, Sandra! I love it lots and have already gotten a couple of compliments on my super awesome cowl. I really should take a photo of it laid out - it's got this terrific bulky undulation going on.
