Check out this amazin' punkin family I saw on my way home today! Sorry it's been so quiet 'round here. We're in the midst of moving apartments (finally) and it has been. . . not as ideal as I had imagined. It's hard to leave a place after 6 years, no matter how decrepit. I'm actually a little homesick. Our new place is very different from our old - in ways both good and not so great. But change is good, they say, so I'm trying to roll with it. I'll keep you posted. In the meantime, why not think about paint colors?

The new place looks pretty great. Except for that gross thermostat. Ughhhh. The counter isn't doing to well either hey? But that is one clean looking bathroom. And the floors are nice.
And you have a little patio-ish area (you can get rid of the astro turf right?) that will be so nice next Spring/Summer. With your own tree.
You have some tough colour choices there. I really loved that crisp blue in the study - and the pear green/yellow.
And the brown, and the fuschia bedroom.

the place is totally great - i think you are just having a little renter's remorse. the patio is going to be adorable, and it does look so much fresher and newer than your old place. the recessed lighting is great, too. you know our natural light is minimal, and it's really ok. oh, and everyone has icky counters. i love the bright blue wall idea ....
