Notable events, besides my new, improved understanding of Martin v. Hunter's Lessee:

On the way home from school today, I watched a bit of the Day Without Immigrants / May Day March on Broadway. How exciting was THAT? The march was incredibly diverse, and to be honest it's the first one I've been to with so many people participating who were personally affected by that for which they marched. Everyone looked like they were having a really good time, and were really charged up. I support them totally.
While having lunch with a friend at Snack, Anthony LaPaglia's kid threw trash on me. I just thought you would want to know.

(To his and partner''s credit, she was scolded lavishly).

It's all very exciting. I just can't stand it!

That's certainly an interesting/unusual celebrity sighting. I think I walk around with my eyes closed, cos I never see them unless they are surrounded by cameras AND lights. Glad you got to see the march, I only saw the tv version.

Maybe she just wanted to start a throwing food around and was looking for a friendly face to start it off with. I would say, you should have joined in. Well at least if you were not wearing any of your lovely knitted stuff.
