I'm going to see Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire tonight... yippee! Did you know that my favorite Britpop icon, Jarvis Cocker, plays the front man of the Weird Sisters, backed by a couple of guys from Radiohead? Probably I'm the last person on Earth to hear this, but it remains tres exciting.

Posted by: Jess at November 20, 2005 12:49 AMThe weird sisters were one of my favorite parts of the new HP!! Don't worry you were absolutely not the last person on earth to know that was them. My professional guitar playing, music snob husband didn't know til' I told him after the movie! He always knows all the music stuff before me so HA!! :)
Posted by: Leah at November 20, 2005 11:14 AMI thought the Weird Sisters were supposed to be women...I guess not! But they were HOT - unlike Ron's dress robes! hahaha!
Posted by: Julsey at November 20, 2005 11:56 AMHi Jessica,
I found your Blog through the Europa Blogs.
I always read " Verstrickt und Zugenaht" from Switzerland. The lady that writes that Blog mentioned you on her sidebar. (sorry I don't know her name. I like her Blog as well, and it brings me for short periods to my homeland. I was born in Zurich, now live 5 miles north of Boston MA. Your Blog, Jessica is wonderful. I wish I could knit half as well. Your Fair isle cuff looks great. All the other stuff and your writing and your links are absolutely magnificent. I only wish I could do all that. But look how lucky I am to have found yours. I have been wanting to thank my pal for this Blog, but I cannot get a comment through to her. They want me to sign up for a "BLOG", instead of forwardng my message to "Verstrick und Zugenaht". Can you advise me how to solve this problem? TIA, Rita
