UPDATE: A few people have asked about my storage cubes. I (rather ambitiously) built them myself according to these directions for "Bathroom Cubbyholes" from Martha Stewart Living. I never got around to painting them, and they were far too big and heavy for our crumbly bathroom walls. But they do provide handy yarn storage. Here's a photo of the whole stack in action.

My yarn is in bags in my dining room...I don't have any suggestions for unallocated stash (since I have so much of my own to allocate...maybe a yarn swap?) BUT, I have a question - which Phildar Tendances sweater are you making? That's such an interesting yarn, and I don't see it in the '05/06 tendances...I've become quite the phildarphile of late!

I was going to ask about them and was envisioning an entire WALL of them. heh Glad to know you're not holding out on that kind of stash, but you sure can store a lot in just that one tower! Looks so nice and I can imagine a hundred uses for the cubbies. Don't paint them!
