Karabella Frost and Dalegarn Svale

Does anyone have any experience working with these two yarns?

Karabella Frost
Dalegarn Svale

I'm trying to decide between them for a Honeymoon Cami. Intuitively, the cotton-based Svale seems more appropriate for a summer garment, but the Frost is so uber luxurious it's hard to resist and perhaps the silk and viscose will balance it out the cashmere re: coolness. If you have ideas about this, or other reviews of either yarn, please share!

I made my honeymoon cami out of Svale and I really like it! It is very soft and comfortable to wear in the heat, but I know some people who have also used this yarn found it to be a little too stretchy. I'm long in the waist, so I don't mind stretch, and I didn't notice it anyhow. But thats the word on the street about Svale for the Honeymoon.

i just found out about this great site, wiseneedle.com, and they post reviews by any and all knitters about yarns they've used... so, i entered your yarn names into their search engine and voila...

just passing through and saw your topic. i have 10 balls of karabella frost. i haven't used them as of yet so, i can't comment on how it is to work with. from a sight and feel standpoint, the yarn is very pretty and is relatively soft to the touch but, it has enough stiffness where i believe the garment will hold it's shape nicely.

as an fyi...i'm not sure where you are planning to purchase the yarn -- should you decide to use it. however, i orginally was going to purchase from flying fingers but, found a deal at WEBS (www.yarn.com). 10 balls for $59.99. if you use the karabella, let us know what you think.

good luck.
