Stash Tour

stash1.JPG

Flickr may have found its highest and best use... I've uploaded detailed photos of my stash and identified each yarn and its accompanying project with hover notes.

Click here to visit my entire stash! I'd love to get your thoughts on some of the layabout yarn. For specific sections:

- Lowest box
- Middle box
- Top box
- Needle bucket

I have no clue about anything organizational, but what is that gorgeous pink-mauve-ish yarn in the middle?!

it's the cash iroha i'm using for my hourglass sweater. i love it, though it's a bit purplier than it turned out in the photo.

for a better look, and more info about all the yarn, you should check out the flickr photos!

What a wonderful idea, I use flickr as well and I have found it very useful in keeping track of my finished projects. When I take a picture of a finished object I leave a description about the type of yarn, how much I used, needle size and pattern so I always have a place to look a back:) Now if I could only get my stash in order.

I used Cash Iroha with Silk Garden for a sleeveless sweater back in August and I loved it, far better than the Silk Garden. The only problem was with casting on, because it's so loosely spun it broke quite often. This is such a pretty color. I also like the color of your Kidsilk Haze.

WOW. That's the most organized stash ever. Mine flies out of the closet every time I open the doors...

Great idea to have a needle bucket. I just may have to emulate it.
