* I'm tired of not crafting or doing much of anything fun! School has been nuts lately. Hopefully this summer will provide fertile ground for lots of craftiness.
* Latest Sugar High: Black Licorice Wheels. Of course the ones from the co-op are organic. They've taken over Chocolove for now as my main source of simple carbohydrates (apparently vital to my diet). Seriously though, check out all the health benefits of licorice!
* Just saw: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I thought it was creative and sweet. Screenwriter Charlie Kaufman (Being John Malkovich, Adaptation) does have his recurring obsessions. Chris, who likes Charlie's other movies, went "eh" about this one because he has an unreasonable categorical dislike of anything smacking of sentiment. The more gunfire and/or suffering, the better. By the way, the website is hilarious, especially the clip art. You'll see what I mean.
* I misplaced my sister's Channukah present before I had the chance to give it to her last December, and I just found it! Yay! I must have done something right today.

Posted by: joyolivia at April 2, 2004 1:40 PMunbelievable, huh? actually, they were in the house, in a little-used hidden pocket of my backpack, which has been packed away since our visit. i took it to school yesterday and was running too late for tea at home, so i stuck my teabag in that pocket and there it was.
